Expado Open Expado

German level is a filter, not a surprise

Four levels, set before you open anything: no German, optional, German-language posting, required.

If you are job hunting in Germany without fluent German, you know the pattern. A role looks perfect, the description is in English, and then somewhere near the bottom sits Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch erforderlich. Twenty minutes gone.

Expado reads each posting and sorts it into one of four levels, so you can decide before you open anything.

🇬🇧 No GermanOptional German postingRequired

Two of the four switched on: the setting most people end up with.

What the levels mean

You can turn several on at once. Most people run No German and Optional together and get a list they can actually apply to.

It works the other way too

If your German is strong, that is an advantage worth using. Turning on German posting and Required surfaces roles that most international applicants filter out, which means a shorter queue.

Expado reads your CV once and ranks every open role in Germany by how well it actually fits.
